dgFileUpload allows you to upload a binary file to your server. With Active Server Pages, you use the Request Object to upload information sent in a request from a browser to a server. Unfortunately, using Request.Form you can only upload text. dgFileUpload allows you to upload a binary file to your server.

And a binary file means not just text, but pictures, gifs, movies, MP-3 sound, and even commercials can be displayed. This also means there is no need to fool around with FTP.
